Times Square Suite Hotel

Such a great design for the room interior, furniture, and lighting! Well above what I expected! The took a normal room and turned it into something close to luxury with well selected items and colors! I only stayed one night but really enjoyed the space and wanted to stay longer!

There wasn't much that I didn't like but I only was only there to sleep and leave in the morning.

Everything starting from reception till the check out. It was the worst experience I've ever had in my entire life. This was horrible that I almost lost my life due to fire and smoke in front of my room! Fire alarm did not work and we didn't know about the situation until we smelled the fumes and we all started coughing and we barely could breath fresh air. I called the reception for couple of times but no body is picking up which is very strange!! No one informed us about the situation and what we suppose to do. I believe police should open an investigation of what has happened at that time and why alarm hasn't activated. No clear plan at all I do not recommend anyone to stay in this property as a friendly advise that could save your life. I really saw the death by my eyes and felt scared about my kids health. Blankets were very very dirty and disgusting. Bathroom does not contain any shampo, hand soap and tooth brush which not acceptable at all. There is no carpet on the floor as well we brought our private carpet with us. Shame on all hotel's staff and hotel's manager. It was the first and last time to stay at this rubbish property which is located at the worst place in Kuwait. This was the biggest mistake I've ever done in my entire life which could have ended my life and my family's lives.
