"Not so good for two individual travellers"

8.0

No twin bed rooms - we were traveling as mother and daughter. Cooking facilities were outdoors. Not quite as we expected from the photos, but perfectly ok for a few days hiking around the area.

"Great place to stay."

8.0

This is a lovely B&B in a quite little village. An ideal spot if you want to visit Cinque Terre. There is a stream running by the flat with a BBQ area, sun lounges, etc. Very private. The room has a queen bed and a set of bunks a fridge and a coffee machine. It is 10 minute walk to the train station, supermarket and the Mediterranean Sea. Ideal place for some R& R after a busy dat sight seeing.

"Bonosolla hotel in mountain"

10.0

Gorgeous little cottages hidden in the mountains but no more than 5 minutes from train station and beach. Excellent secluded location with beautiful views. The couple running the places are such cute and sweet Italians with excellent hospitality. Very romantic place

"Superb Location & Accommodation"

10.0

Significantly exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended! Outstanding location with easy walk to train station and parking was a short distance away. Perfect place to stay and visit Cinque Terre. We stayed in Camera 1 next to the mill; a beautiful setting with a running stream adjacent to the room. Hospitality was wonderful and we look forward to staying here again. Definitely will be our first choice for a place to stay when we come back to Cinque Terre.

"Great place for bargain hunter in Cinque Terre"

8.0

We were looking for a reasonably priced place in a quiet location from which to walk the paths in Cinque Terre. We were pleased with this place because it suited us very well. The proprietor was helpful and although smallish, the room and private bathroom was very clean. There is a small view of the sea from the garden which was well equipped with tableware and cooking utensils for outdoor cooking. We did not mind the steps you must take from the nearby train station because we are athletic and did not have much luggage. There are several good restaurants in town and the beach is lovely. If you want to be in the middle of the Cinque Terre, you might want to stay in a closer town ..sometimes a train strike happens for several hours. But we loved the peace and quiet of our town and were very happy with our stay at this modest lodging.P.S. We bought the breakfast which was brought on a nice tray in the morning. of the Cinque Terre, I might suggest you choose a closer town, but we loved the quiet off season feel of the town.

"Rural Retreat near to relaxing resort"

8.0

Rooms fine and clean with coffee making, in midst of a small holding. Eat your nice breakfast in the garden, and then a 5 minute walk to beach and the few bars.

"A quiet haven in Bonassola"

10.0

I would fully recommend this place of peace OUTSIDE of the crowds at Cinque Terre. It is 5 minutes north from the Monterosso train stop and definitely a part of the train ticket that's available for 1,2 or 4 days. Bonassola is a lovely quiet tiny beach town with spectacular gourmet food at a restaurant located on the right side of the beach. It's open from Thursday through Sunday. I would not advise this agritourismo for older travelers with gigantic suitcases; it is slightly uphill and on a partial gravel path. If you are reasonably active and sport a carry-on or backpack, this is a dream come true.

"Ca du Ferra"

10.0

Ca du Ferra was a lovely alternative to a conventional hotel - the gardens were fantastic with lots of shade from the hot sun. It was really nice to be able to cook outside and enjoy the calmness of the surrounding area after a day of hiking. The cooking facilities were good, with all the cookware needed, a gas stove and a bbq. Although our room was small, it was very clean and comfortable and the AC worked well. Breakfast was delivered to our door and we enjoyed eating it outside in the garden in the mornings. This is a really nice alternative to the more typical resort-y hotels in the area and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone wanting some peace and quiet! Is worth noting, however, that the walk from the station involves walking up a steep-ish alley with quite a few steps ... although it is not far, if you have difficulties dragging/carrying your suitcase then this should be considered. All in all a very pleasant stay!
