Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il centro e visitare i dintorni a piedi. I servizi a disposizione molto comodi, l'accoglienza professionale e molto gentile, l'ambiente semplice e pulito, nessun disguido, la colazione perfetta

The location was great, under 5 min walk to port to catch ferry and where the restaurants are. The room was clean as was the bathroom, the room looked newly refurbished.

The pool was not in use, wish I had known this. There are many charges which you don’t expect a hotel to have, even 5* hotels don’t have for example being charged for changing towels every three days, kettle to use, $20 per hour for late check in. The breakfast was very basic with ham and egg touching on the same tray, not very vegetarian friendly. The exterior of the hotel very outdated.
