我book了三日兩夜，第二晚發覺有張門卡不見了，之後我前台問，他說可以補1000 Yen，當時雞同鴨講，前台英文不是很好，然後用Google Translate，給他們看翻譯的時候他們在笑，這個感覺不太好，他說的時候不是友善的笑容，特別是夜間這位男同事，但整體這間酒店都是很好的
