I had to cancel my 2-night stay after the first night because my mother died unexpectedly. I notified the front desk, and gave back the keys. I requested a refund and the hotel is saying I never notified them I was leaving and they’ve been ignoring me for 3 months. Highly do not recommend this hotel. Horrible customer service with people who have zero empathy for others.

très bon compromis lorsqu'on voyage en voiture. Le parking est très bien, un peu loin de la vieille ville en transport en commun. petit-déjeuner très correct. nous n'avons pas utilisé la piscine, mais à voir les autres clients, ça a l'air d'un vrai plus.
