it was turning to winter so aircon can't be control and room is stuffy. check in is strictly at 3pm. typical small room if you book double room if need more space book 2 single bed

Very close to Saga station.

The air conditioner did not work for the 2 nights I have stayed there. It was so hot I got woken up at night drenched in sweats. We informed the hotel and they are aware and told us that they had a problem with the AC but they did not do anything to compensate for it.

バルーンフェスタのため広めのツインルームに宿泊しました。 朝食は無料で食べれたが、メニューは、ほぼ同じなので飽きてしまうかもしれない。しかし、ウェルカムドリンクは、普通コーヒーを提供するホテルが多いが、コンフォートでは、お茶・紅茶もあったので良かった。 コインランドリーがありました。

It was convenient being right next to Kumamoto Station and clean!

The rooms are a little cramped for two. There was just barely enough space to open up two luggages.

距離車站很近，加上提供免費早餐，入住房型還算寬敞，整體性價比還算不錯，惟當天要求增加多一個枕頭，遲遲未送達，且冷氣為中央控管，無法自行調整，算是有點美中不足。
