Sleeping Lady Mountain Resort & Spa

I had made a reservation at sleeping lady two months in advance. 48 hours before I was to arrive. I got a call that canceled my room saying it wasn’t available even though I had received three emails over the past two months confirming my reservation I was told that I would get a reimbursement of a free night stay sometime in the future, but never received or ever received a call back from Kevin, who was extremely rude. Only offered a room in busy Leavenworth with the king size bed for me and my friend who is not my partner

The beds were not comfortable. Our AC in the room didn’t work well. Don’t buy the breakfast! It’s like free hotel breakfast but they charged a lot. The only food option is salads and pizza or you have to leave the property.
