we had 2 rooms for our family. both 2 queens. the first room had an odour to it and they accommodated us to change the room. one of the rooms had an old mattress and boxspring...uncomfortable!! we paid for a room with 2 queen beds and got a room with a queen and double. this was not what was advertised. when we talked with the front desk, they stated that that was hotels.com description and not their issue. disappointing!!

Thee hotel was out dated not clean i refused to stay thee After telling the front dest of the unclean room with hair everywhere the still ran my card Now i have through the process of dispute This hotel doesnt take owness for their neglect

"Disappointed "

We were not happy about the Room. Suppose to have Coffee in the room none.As for the Bedding dirty breakfast cold. The Only thing that was Great was the check-in. The Staff there were fantastic. We are supposed too come back ToMedicine in August we won't be staying there . I'll pay the extra for a beter accommodation. Robert /Rose Charlton
