"Terrible customer service"

Location was 5 minute walk from Sendai station.

The staff was rude and unfriendly. Didn't provide information about breakfast. They charged me a second time, even though I paid online already. They even charged me a higher price than what I paid online. The reception experience was not good. Breakfast wasn't good. The food was cold.

全体が清潔 駅近 客室が比較的ゆったり、バスルームも使い易かった 食事スペースが自由に使えること 荷物預かりシステム

朝食の内容はイマイチかな…。ヘルシー食材とか料理とか、考え過ぎないほうが良い。美味しいほうが良い。 朝食代は宿泊費に含まれている(支払っている)ので、無料という表現には違和感を感じます。
