Mermaid Resort Puerto Galera

Location, staff, comfort of rooms and quality of food was all to a very high standard. Great dive crew

Staff is very friendly and polite as always in PI. Food is average, but not bad. Pool is small, but OK. Need to get better lounge chairs that recline to 180 degrees flat so you can also lay on your stomach, not just on your back when sunning. Hotel was mostly empty during my stay... if you get normal rooms, there is not much privacy unless you close off all your curtains... It would be nicer if they could be open, but then everyone sees into your room. The sound from the street is fairly noisy, so light sleepers beware. More towels should be offered, and the A/C is extremely weak ( I tried two rooms, both the same). The dive shop had no knowledgeable English speaking staff available... instructors are contracted, and good. Overall, it's a decent value and a nice enough place, but they could definitely make some improvements.

1.シャワールームで洗濯物を換気扇を動かして乾燥しようとしても乾きません。子窓が無く空気が流れ無いからです。 2.窓に網戸が無く虫が入るのではと心配で窓を締めてました。 3.港から近く便利。高台に有り津浪の心配は不用です。 4.レセプションとレストランのスタッフは日本語は話せませんが親切でした。さ

사방비치에서 매우 가까워서 정말 좋다. 위치는 최고. 근처에 약국 슈퍼 음식점 마사지 모두 다 있다 걸어서 일분거리. 수영장은 좀 작지만 물 깨끗하고 예쁘다. 일하시는 분 모두 친절한데, 안내에 계신 여자분 한분은 좀 덜 친절하다.

한국기준 8월 중순은 매우덥지만 필리핀은 우기가 막끝난시점이었다 날씨를 맞춰간다면 비수기이므로 저렴한가격에 호텔을 예약할수있다. 침대가 너무 안락해서 계속잠만잠...사방비치와도 가깝고 디저트가 맛잇음~!

Enjoyed our six nights in Mermaid. Suprisingly efficient staff and good food as well.

My son said the hotel was very nice and comfortable, he highly recommends it when my husband and I come visit in the near future. Price very reasonable for the quality compared to the other hotels around the area.

I stayed two nights. It was near from port so very easy to find eventhough first visit. I stayed two nights in suit room. Just front of door it has very clean swimming pool. And in the room, the facility wss very good. Especially it has really good bethroom. And they also very good foods.

非常满意，房间很干净，服务人员都很友善热情，地理位置也很好。

사방비치에 내리시면 걸어서 2분거리에 있습니다. 무척 관리가 잘 된 숙소이며 냉장고있고, 우산도 있습니다. 숙소와 함께 있는 식당 역시 매우 맛있습니다. 온수 정말 잘 나오고 샤워기 물 세기 역시 매우 좋습니다. 전체적으로 너무 마음에 드는 숙소였습니다. 숙소가 너무 마음에 들어서 다음에 또 사방비치를 오기로 했습니다. 다만, 카운터에 계신분이 별로 친절하지 않습니다.
