Staffs were really friendly, very clean and beautiful hotel

Transport cannot reach the hotel doorstep as it is located on a one-way street. We were dropped off on the main road, which is about a 2–3 minute walk to the hotel. In rainy weather this can be a little inconvenient, especially when you have to carry your luggage. That said, the hotel staff were very helpful during checkout and assisted us with taking our bags out to the car, which we really appreciated. This was probably the only downside of an otherwise pleasant stay.

The staff was the best. Leon is very kind and helpful. Besides that, the food and the hotel is in high level. Very recommended!

The breakfast was quite good. The hotel is new and offer a level of comfort to the guests. What makes this hotel exceptional is the staff. All of them are very responsive, courteous, and very obliging. They are not afraid to go the extra mile for the guests. The owner should value them. Tom was really very service-oriented. The Manager at the reception was really nice in a very professional way . I think these staff are gems.

I do like the owner's policy. The owner is very inflexible. I accidentally made a double booking.. The owner did not offer a refund. I would expect that they should at least offer some form of service (e.g., drinks at the bar or free transportation to the airport as a good gesture. It;s a pity because the hotel has great staff who is perhaps the ones carrying the brand for them.
