Gold Coast Da Nang Hotel

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a spacious room with a balcony that overlooked the pool. The pool was well kept and the owner even gave me a hat to wear which was super thoughtful! The wifi was amazing for working. Would definitely come back.

Got to hotel, couldn't find anyone for 10 minutes to be told we have no reservations. Can't say we were to upset by this as the entrance and foyer was not very inviting.

The room was nice, bright and airy & comfortable. The staff were helpful & polite & friendly.

We were kept up both nights of our stay by sounds from the other rooms around us, loud music blasting at 3am for hours. We saw a rat in reception on our second night.

The hotel had everything we needed, nice pool with a comfy room

Location is a 20 minute walk from anywhere, cleaner damaged travel plug and tooth brush left in room. Knocked them off table while cleaning and left them on the floor. Member of staff did replace travel plug with her personal charger so thank you for that.

The Gold Coast is everything you pay for. It’s great for a quick stop over in Da Nang, however I wouldn’t recommend it for a prolonged stay. The rooms are clean and well kept, and when some issues occurred with our plumbing, the staff kindly moved us. The location is great if you want to experience the local culture and hospitality. The main tourist attractions are about a 15 minute walk away. The pool is clean and enjoyable, and gets great sun throughout the day.

Many amenities are no longer offered, including breakfast, or a restaurant at all. Previous reviews mention complimentary push bikes, however these are no longer available. Payment is expected upon arrival, with your passport needing to given to staff for the duration of your stay if you wish to pay upon check out.
