Sn arrivata mezzanotte Avevo partenza alle 17 dall hotel Ho dovuto fare check out alle12 e fino qui tutto ok Alle 16 ho chiesto un bicchiere di acqua e mi stato detto dall tipo che seduto al computer accanto barino che devo pagare Ragazzi un bicchiere di acqua che dovevo prendere la medicina È assurdo Era scortese !!!!!!

"Everything is perfect except WiFi and coffee"

Everything went well. This is my third time in this hotel, swimming pool, location, entertainment are perfect.

The Wi-Fi is consistently poor and needs immediate improvement. Please fix it 🙏 Coffee is not included with breakfast, and the only option provided is low-quality Nescafé. At a minimum, filtered coffee should be available!
