I liked it all

I tried hard to find something to like about this hotel, but couldn't. The floors in the elevators were filthy and never were vacuumed in the two days we were there. The towels had holes in them. They ran out of coffee both mornings and it was a 15 minute wait to get another pot. The second day my husband had to tell them to brew a pot when they put the first one out in the am. And this was at 6am!! You go on a scavenger hunt to find the hair dryer. Hint, its in a black bag in the closet an the ironing board. Seriously!! And the last morning the shower was luke warm. Other then that it was a great stay, not.

Taylor and staff made everything so easy and smooth. She was super friendly and helped with us get the shuttles scheduled for pick up at the airport.

The staff made the experience better! We were traveling with my son's FC (teenagers). The staff was polite and kind especially Joy! The lobby was clean and breakfast was great, however, my room smelled moldy. I was unable to get good sleep and woke up with headaches all weekend.

The hotel was good and in a great location. The two ladies who greeted us at the front desk were wonderful. They were very accommodating to avoid putting our rooms where they were doing window washing. We arrived pretty late in the evening and the window washing, machinery, and noise were pretty bad. However, they were friendly and very apologetic. The rooms were nice, clean, but lacked hot water. The shower or sink ever got hot so we had to bathe using cold water. Needless to say, the hotel was in a great location for dining, shopping, and was within minutes of Fast Park.

Nice Fairfield, very close to the airport. The hotel staff was all very friendly, but Ms. Kelli at the front desk was an absolute delight to talk and laugh with during my time in Durham.

Taylor and Kelli were fabulous!! They were very cheerful , and welcoming. Made you feel like family, or old friends. Very clean.
