★★★★★ Outstanding service from the manager, Gabriell J. I had a major headache trying to cancel a reservation made through Booking.com, and their third-party insurance was incredibly disappointing to deal with. I called the Beach Bungalow Inn & Suites directly and spoke with the manager, Gabriel. She was a total professional. I was stressed and upset, but her calm and helpful demeanor completely turned things around. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of through the hotel itself. Lesson learned: always book directly! Not only is the customer service superior, but you get a better price, too. I will absolutely book directly with them for my next trip to Morrow Bay!
