We stayed at this location one day before we had to fly back to the US. We were pleasantly surprised with the appearance of the hotel and the service. I would highly recommend.

Isabel, the night receptionist was very friendly and extremely helpful, on the other hand, the receptionists that were there during the day, not so much. They seemed to be bothered when I approached them with a question. As far as comfort, it was all good except for the pillows; too hard to my liking.

I am disappointed at Expedia for recommending and listing this hotel. A very old building with a bad smell, many mosquitos and an unsafe elevator which dropped three floors to -B2 level while I was inside it. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately I would have to rate this hotel as unsafe and unreliable.

El hotel está cómodo, limpio y fui vinos perfectamente pues está a solo 15 minutos del aeropuerto. Cuentan con servicio de shuttle el cual debes de contratar previamente a un costo muy bajo .

We wanted a comfortable hotel to spend or last night after 3 weeks traveling. We wanted to be close to,the airport, a shuttle to the airport and a place to dine and Crowne Plaza provided all of those features.
