Reqlly nice homely b and b.breakfast was excellent too. If we had any problems were fixed immediately. Will definitely be back Was also close to beach and town centre which was brilliant

The hotel is clean tidy nice beds and the couple who run it are very helpfull and nothing is to much bother

This guest house is run by a lovely welcoming, helpful and friendly couple Julia and Peter. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. It is a beautiful mid 19th century building in a very pleasant quiet location, close to the beach, the bus station, the train station, places to eat and the co-op. The room was nicely furnished and the bed was super comfortable and there was lashings of hot water in the shower. Wifi worked most of the time. Plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits in the room which was nice and warm. All this, and an excellent cooked breakfast included as well. Parking is on the street for which I was given a parking permit. It is a very quiet cul de sac so no concerns about the car. I loved it here and would go back again if in the area.

What a wonderful Guest House? Better than expected. The whole place was lovely and cosy. It felt like home! Bed was sooooo comfy. Slept like a log. Breakfast, absolutely superb! Julia, the landlady was fantastic. A lovely lady who gave me some information on places to visit. Couldn't have chosen a nicer place in Aye. As Arnie said: " I'll be back ! "

This is a great place to stay. The included breakfast was delicious. I would stay there again.

In a very quiet area of the city with no through traffic. Easy to find with a lovely warm welcome from the landlady. I had a first floor, large single room with plenty of power sockets, tv, wardrobe & a sink. The only downside was the shared bathroom on the second floor. Having said that, it was free whenever I used it & kept very clean. The breakfast was excellent, with fresh orange juice, hot drinks, cereal, toast & a full Scottish all available. Considering nearly everything else within about 50 miles seemed to be fully booked or stupidly priced due to COP26 I think this was a lovely little find at a wallet friendly price.

Very old fashioned 80's decor but if you can look past that ,beds very comfortable and good old fashion hospitality from the owners ,breakfasts lovely.
