Nice place conveniently near where we needed.

The location was excellent for Pleasure Beach and the South Pier.

We initially advised the property that we would arrive around half past three or four o'clock. We then advised that our plans had changed and would not arrive until six o'clock. When we did arrive at six, we were met at the door by the owners husband who said it was a pity I hadn't arrived earlier as he had had to pressure wash the backyard and could have done with the help. He then told my eight year old grandson that horses went past the bottom of the road all the time and if he wanted to earn some pocket money he could lend him a shovel (to pick up the manure). I appreciate that this might have been an attempt at banter, but this man knew nothing about me, and I didn't know him, so it's not the kind of first impression that made us feel particularly welcome. Fortunately, the horse comment went right over my grandson's head. When we were eventually shown to our room, after being told that another guest had left another room in, let's say, a smelly condition, we found that the owner was still cleaning our room from its previous guest, despite having had extra time to prepare because of our later arrival! We had a family room which was "Minion" themed, even the double bed for my wife and me. Let's just say the bedding had seen better days and the two large stuffed Minions which were in our Grandchildrens beds should have been stuffed in a bin years ago. They were just so grubby. I cannot fault Josephines communication via Booling.com and the room was certainly cleaner when we came back later that evening. However, we won't return.

El personal fue muy amable y nos espero hasta que llegamos y nos atendieron con calidez. Además la ubicación era muy buena cerca de atracciones y del muelle Sur. La wifi funcionaba muy bien.

La ducha no funcionó en las dos noches que estuvimos, intentaron solucionarlo pero no fue posible. El lugar no estaba limpio. Fui con 2 niños y no pudieron ducharse.

Unfortunately due no fault of there own there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom due to the toilet but the owners did try there best to maintain and clean the facilities to get rid of it.
