Mekong Angkor Palace Hotel

It is convenient to go out to night market, pub street and old market and they only takes 10 mins. There are a lot of restaurants around the hotel. The staff are very nice. They tried their best to understand what my friend and I needed and offered us the best.

Great experience we had at this hotel !!! We arrived at 7am, it was before check in, they tried to give us the room but there was not any available, so the staff was great and let us take shower giving us clean towels and keeping our bags while we went to Angkor all day long. Also, breakfast was excellent !!!

コストパフォーマンスの良いホテルだと思います。 空港からホテルまでの片道送迎無料とあったので帰りに申し込んだところ、 ピックアップのみといわれました。行きと帰り、いずれかに利用できると良いと思いました。

Fina rum och fint poolområde. Hjälpsam personal. Frukosten var okej men inte mycket mer. Lätt att ta sig runt i Siem Riep med tuk-tuk. Hotellet bjöd också på resa från flygplatsen om man är ute med flyginformation inom 2 dygn innan ankomst så när det gäller sista-minuten-bokningar ingår inte detta. Från hotellet till flygplatsen får man betala själv. Internet på de övre våningarna var inte helt stabilt - bättre i lobbyn.

Great place, great stay, great personal service! I will stay at Mekong Anchor Palace Hotel the next time I am in Siem Reap.

Clean, comfortable, quiet and near the center of town. The Mekong Anchor Palace Hotel was a nice, relatively inexpensive hotel with a swimming pool, restaurant and easy accessibility to many activities that Siem Reap has to offer. The hotel staff were very responsive to requests and actively strived to make my stay enjoyable. I originally booked for two nights and ended up staying for five. I am highly satisfied with my stay and will plan to stay at the Mekong when I return to Siem Reap on my next trip.

Great hotel all around, memorable for sure. Set up a free tuc-tuc ride from the airport, and setup tour to Angkor Wat with our driver. The hotel is a big classic building, with a lovely pool area and bar in the back. Great place to unwind and cool off from the heat. The staff was extremely helpful, and received us with cold tea and a cooled face towel. The room was pretty large, as was the bathroom. AC was cold, big windows. Hotel provided flip-flops for the pool, and pool towels to use on beach-chairs. Breakfast was fine, simple- noodles, rice, eggs. Coffee and tea also available. We wanted to do a late checkout, so rented a room for another night to keep it for the afternoon. The cheaper room we rented was in the back building, and was much simpler and smaller, the AC didn't work well, but it was not a big problem.

トータルで見れば、良いホテルでした。 従業員の対応も親切です。 部屋も広く、エアコンも良くききます。シャワーの排水が悪い、ハンドタオルが無いなどありますが、満足できるレベルです。 ドライヤーも強い風が出ます。 広めのバルコニーがあり、灰皿も用意されています。 通りから１本奥なので静かです。 朝食は品数は多くありませんが、充分だと思います。 プールは小さいですが、遺跡観光で疲れた体をクールダウンできます。 すぐ近くにスーパーがあるので、町歩きするにはトゥクトゥクは必要無いと思います。 ツアーも手配できます。 サンライズ+小回りでトゥクトゥクチャーター１８ドルでした。４時半に待ち合わせして、１６時頃ホテルに戻ります。朝食はホテルでBOXを用意してくれます。昼食は若干高い食堂に連れていかれます。 これはしょうがないのかな。 その他、色々ツアーがあります。 最終日も、チェックアウトの後、夕方まで遊んで、ホテルに戻り、シャワーを浴びさせてもらえます。

最終日のチェックアウト時に、チェックアウトは朝したにもかかわらず、一日荷物を預かってくれ、プール用のシャワーも使っていいと言っていただきました。フライトが夜だったので荷物と観光後のシャワーをどうしようかと思っていたので助かりました。それもこちらが頼む前に言い出して下さいました。 ただ部屋のシャワーの水はけが悪く、シャワーを浴びるとトイレの方まで水浸しになって朝まで水が引かないことと、お湯の温度が少し低めで温度調整のできないエアコンのきいた部屋で過ごしていると夜は少し寒かったです。浴槽は石造りのためお湯の温度が低いこともあって少し寒いと思いました。備品は電気ケトルなど綺麗でしたが一枚、バスタオルにそこで発生したような幼虫がいました。他は綺麗で快適だったので残念です。 場所はマーケットなどからは少し離れていますがトゥクトゥク１ドル圏内です。暑い真昼でなければ普通に歩けます。スーパーも近くにありますしアプサラダンスの見られるレストランは徒歩1分程度です。トゥクトゥクはアンコールワットのみなら往復10ドル、周辺遺跡含めて20ドルのプランがあり、郊外の遺跡も行けます。 車でなくトゥクトゥクで郊外に行きたいという我儘も聞いて下さり、設備は微妙な面もありましたが、サービスはとても満足です。
