Mekong Angkor Palace Hotel

先前用email詢問可否享用免費接送服務但是一直沒有回覆，之後搭tuktuk去。到步後問可否把免費接送服務改為送我們到機場，但是他們說要收費。另外，雖然房間很整潔，但是毛巾很髒。不過酒店附近有很多街邊小攤檔和一個很購物商場很方便。

全体的にきちっと要求や質問に応えてくれました。ほとんどのスタッフが英語OKです。 ホテルのトゥクトゥクドライバーが感じよく、快適に観光できました。行きたいところと、帰りのフライトを伝えると最適なプランを組んでくれて効率よく回れました。そのツアーはちょっと割高かな。と思いましたが、安心を買いました！ でも、部屋に蚊がいたり、時間帯によってはお湯が出ません。そういうレベルのホテルです。

鄰近鬧區，交通方便，價格親民，非常適合自由行的旅客。以這樣的價格可以有這樣服務品質的飯店非常難得，尤其員工們都非常親切友善，願意協助處理任何問題，很棒。

The hotel is a hidden gem, comparing the quality of hotel to the price. Central location. The staff went above and beyond with some extra requests. Very kind people. Breakfast was simple. Would recommend all my family and friends to stay here. Pool and deck are very nice.

soft beds, great bathrooms, the AC was a bit too cold....

Nice hotel, clean, some issues with bathroom but minor. Pool water stings the eyes, unpleasant but bearable. Location is good, 20 min walk from bus station $5 tuk tuk to airport, restaurants and mini mart close. FYI have to request "free one way airport transfer" during booking, can't ask when you get to hotel for transfer on departure day... I was disappointed by this. Wifi was weak in room but good in lobby.

The room was ok close to shops and restaurants, I one major fault with it and I don’t know if it was hotels fault or Expedia. The booking said one way airport transfer, when we inquired about this they said it was only from the airport not to the airport, we had travelled by coach but was flying out, this should be made clear at time of booking as we had to arrange private transport

Staff very polite. Good pool & all areas clean. Breakfast ok. Nice looking extension happening.

Really glad I booked the Mekong Palace Hotel. Great stay.
