Clean, lovely decor and peaceful, 5 min drive to beach front. Lovely field with sheep at the back. Maybe a problem for people with mobility issues.

Great B&B..... Excellent breakfast nice room with great view of Romney Marsh , and good location for beach. Host is excellent . Nice touches are the patio area by the canal and the honesty bar.

Debra is a friendly and accommodating landlady who will make it easy for you to stay there. Memory foam mattresses in a clean room and a good breakfast, what more do you need!

Nice position overlooking fields & a stream with reeds.. Lovely friendly and helpful host. Room comfortable,with large modern bathroom. Breakfast generous in comfortable bright, clean breakfast room. Only downside from our perspective were other guests dogs. There were several guests dogs not well socialised with other dogs, resulting in lots of barking in & outside the breakfast room in the morning. Would stay again, but check the number of dogs staying. We absolutely understand that B&B's are & need to be dog friendly, but not all guests can or do control their dogs and these dogs often don't mix well either (especially the smaller dogs). The result is much barking and mayhem. Check before you book on the "dog situation" with other guests if in doubt. Owners dogs are well behaved & friendly, btw - they were never a problem.

After a long day walking it was the ideal peaceful rest stop. Lovely room overlooking a field of sheep, comfortable bed, fantastic bathroom with toiletries supplied. Great breakfast to set us up for the next day and the proprietor was very friendly and helpful. Highy recommended.

Spotless! Would recommend and will definitely go and stay again! Hospitality warm and welcoming and so easy to check In/out. Great breakfast too!

The location was excellent for exploring the area and the water at the back was lovely for spotting wildlife. The welcome was warm and the breakfast superb
