Staff was great ! Comfy rooms, decent breakfast

Было чисто , были замочные полотенца. Завтрак очень хороший. Было уютно

Не было фена для волос , в ванной после уборки остались грязные маленькие полотенца , которые весели на шторки в ванной видимо уборщицы забыли их забрать , не было воды в номере дали две бутылки только при въезде … также при в езди с нас взяли к дополнительной стоимости оплаты за одну ночь это составляло 120$ еще дополнительный депозит, который не был представлен у вас на сайте , взяли 20$ , это было переплата , так как ваш отель имел не все удобные и комфортные позиции для того чтобы брать дополнительную плату , депозит нам не вернули , хотя номер был в идеальном состоянии. то есть в место 120$ я заплатила 144$ что не в ходило в мои планы , я не сильно довольна этим инцидентом…

Checking out

We got there at 2:55. I told the girl I was checking in and she very rudely told me that check in is at 3. I told her it's 5 minutes. Her response was, it's not 3 and your room isnt ready. I walked back in at 3:02 and that girl walked away and I was greeted by another woman. She was decent. The room was miraculouly ready at 3:02 (7 whole minutes). We enter the room and immediately notice that the people above us had kids. They let them run back and forth, nonstop until 1am. I called the front office twice, and got no answer. Fast forward to 5:30am and the running starts back up. Once again, called the front desk and no answer. We got ready, packed up, and went down to breakfast at 6:30am. There was a gentleman at the front desk and I told him about the issues and that after we eat, we're going to load up and leave due to the noise. He laughed and said " I'm leaving to." And walked out the front door. Staff is a HUGE problem! When we were loaded up, I talked to another woman at the front desk who apologized for all of the chaos I went through. We got there at 2:55pm on Saturday, and checked out at 7:30am this morning. A whole 14 hours! We got away to try to get some peace.... Instead, I spent $167 for nonstop noise, ZERO sleep, and rude employees. Im so extremely disappointed in this establishment. I will never stay there again, nor will I recommend it to anyone.

my room was not cleaned while we were there. had to go and get my own towels downstairs and tidy the room myself.
