"Lovely welcoming host but there are things that need addressing"

It has parking which was a big bonus The owner was very friendly and welcoming The room was nice and big and clean Quaint

Squeaky floorboards meant you could hear people walking about upstairs. Disappointing that we were not informed that breakfast is no longer available as it is 0.8mile walk into town

Very friendly welcome. Room small but clean and beds comfy.

En-suite very, very tight. Lack of information how to get back in late at night. Lack of response to pre-requests about if breakfast was available and reservation for two. Dissapointment to find breakfast was no longer served despite still being advertised on their website and the 'A' board outside. Shame, lovely staff and building not being run to their full potential.

Convenient to Banbury centre. Easy check in and out. Clean and tidy room. Pleasant host. Lovely addition with toiletries.

Could have done with fan due to high temperatures.
