There were other guests talking in the car park until 1:30am. There were work trucks coming and going all hours of the night. The previous occupants black hair was in the shower drain.

The cleanliness mould on the windows stuff on the bedroom wall dirty fridge and the room smelt terrible

Location was perfect Staff in reception were pleasant and helpful The pool is lovely and a nice treat for my daughter to swim in, especially at night

Room had a strong odour on arrival (old man's smelly oily head smell). The room did not have a microwave or a toaster. There were no bowls or plates. These are basic provisions that you expect in all motel rooms. It was very inconvenient that they weren't provided. I will definitely be double checking that these items are in rooms that I book in future. The air conditioner was extremely loud - i had to turn it off during the night. When I turned the aircon off the room became very stuffy. Due to the stuffiness, I could not sleep. The drain in the shower had abnormally large openings. Very easy for jewellery to be lost if it is dropped whilst showering. I would recommend mend this motel and I would definitely stay here again but I definitely need to make sure there is a microwave and toaster. Some people can't go out to buy takeaway food. I have to eat food prepared by myself for medical reasons. It is important to have access to a microwave
