I liked the staff l interacted with, very friendly and helpful. There was a laundry down stairs with all washing needs and a microwave for heating food. The cleaners were helpful and on the ball. The bathrooms were in new condition, And l particually liked the glass top furnature in each room.

I would have liked a longer runners on the windows for night time, as l was a little nervous by myself. Reception was unmaned. I thought the pool needed a bit of cover from the sun. The lighting was orange so l moved the bed close to the two white lights on the mirror. But overall good value for money and a pleasant stay. I also liked the breakfast dining area, just a really lovely room.Would stay again.

Value for money and proximity to work / other facilities

More comfortable chairs (I was working and sitting at the desk most of the time). And I don’t think I’ve ever sat on a more uncomfortable lounge chair apart from that, no complaints. Would stay again.

The pool was wonderful and the staff were lovely.

The room was small but functional.

The tiny vanity ... no where to put your bathroom stuff. Breakfast was expensive and by the time we got it, it was cold ... not a good start to the day

It had easy parking, loved the shower head that was on the hose attachment, very easy way to connect streaming services to the television, comfortable bed, decent buffet breakfast and pool would’ve been great if the weather was warmer. The lady who checked the room for mini bar use etc and the lady who cleaned our room were amazing, my son got gastro our first night for 3 days we couldn’t really go anywhere except hospital / to get supplies and it was not nice but the staff at front desk and the cleaner and the mini bar lady (especially her) were just so kind and accommodating. Was grateful to have been here.

The lighting and globes in the room weren’t great. And no lighting above fridge area outside bathroom.

Basic room with all facilities provided. Quiet, good shower, comfortable bed and exceptionally clean. Good breakfast too. Perfect for our overnight stop. Would stay here again
