"Noise was awful"

The room below us played trance music until 6AM! We complained multiple times and the night time attendant claimed the occupant was hard of hearing. No, it was trance music until 6AM! We were told at check out that the general manager would reach out to me. Crickets.

This hotel is just okay. Be prepared to bring your own food and coffee. Breakfast is AWFUL and extremely limited. they stopped serving coffee at 9 AM.

"Not the best…"

Our stay at Hyatt House Boulder was unfortunately below expectations. The hotel felt quite dated, especially the appliances and kitchen utensils, which showed significant wear and age. Cleanliness was also a concern. The room did not feel properly maintained—the toilet bowl had visible water stains, and there was hair in the shower drain, which was both disappointing and unhygienic. On a positive note, the staff were helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. As a Globalist member, we were also given a suite upgrade, which was appreciated. However, it was difficult to fully enjoy the upgrade due to the overall cleanliness issues. Overall, while the service was good, the condition and upkeep of the room need significant improvement.
