Hyatt House Boulder/Broomfield

The staff, especially the gentleman at the front desk was incredibly positive, friendly, and attentive. We also loved the iced water throughout the day, the cookies in the afternoon, variety for breakfast. Housekeeping was to notch

Very sterile all the furniture was plastic uncomfortable rooms and lobby not enjoyable and relaxing to sit around in at all. Lotion and soaps smelled terrible and were poor quality. Complimentary breakfast was terrible no fresh ingredients or anything that looked appealing coffee hardly worth smelling let alone drinking and food looked like everything came out of a box was heated up and laid out. Left ate elsewhere. Sink in the bathroom was leaking all over the place was very cookie-cutter room/ we had the suite too. Nothing interesting or exciting to look at but flat lands. Location was good distance from Denver and Boulder. If you have a place you can’t take any kids and you know they can wipe everything down after you leave. This would be your place to stay and if you don’t care what you eat again great place to stay. Fairly inexpensive but understandable why. Shouldn’t even have the name Hyatt attached to it just ruins their brand. Staff friendly however.

The Hyatt House Broomfield was fabulous! We hadn't stayed in any Hyatt property in a very long time and had somewhat low and dated expectations. The king suite at the Hyatt House Broomfield knocked our socks off. We were in town to visit our daughter during family weekend at CU Boulder. The RTD bus stop right in front of the hotel made getting around very easy -- including to and from the airport -- and there was no need to rent a car.

We have stayed at this property several times over the past decade or more because the location works for multiple types of visits to the area. It’s also nice to have a small kitchen area for a takeout meal. However, this last time, we noticed the king bed made for a disruptive night’s sleep. It was oddly soft/squishy, and any time one person moved, the other person caught the “wake” of the roll. We may have had double queens in the past and not noticed this, or maybe the mattresses need replacing, but it’s the only place we’ve experienced quite such an odd bed.

Good location but hotel is not very well managed. Room had some stains on the walls in the bedroom and bathroom, first floor hall bathroom did not have toilet paper or soap, elevator was routinely dirty during stay.
