The room was very clean and quiet.

The bed was uncomfortable.

The size of the room was good. Easy to get around with a walker. The bathroom had an exhaust fan and a large vanity.

The staff could hardly speak or understand English, so communication was very difficult. The commode didn't always work properly. The outlet in the bathroom did not work properly. The room, especially the bathroom, could have been cleaner. The bed was uncomfortable and made my back hurt. I chose this lodging because it was close to the places we were in town to go to. I expected, since the rates were sky high, to have a cheerful, helpful staff and a clean, comfortable room. That was not the case. I will not recommend this place and I will not stay here again.

Pool was a sequel pool, no way I'd step foot into it seeing the scum floating on top. The cabinet TV/Microwave Cabinet (id you can call it that) was a total joke and total garbage. The bed comforter was paper thin. I had to leave the room and get the staff person to explain the heat control because there was no answer at the front desk. Several times I had to ask for more of the lame towels and makeup removers, I finally got some myself and called again for more. Room was never cleaned and no coffee replacements the entire 3 days. The room was totally cheaper than cheap with furniture and bedding that didn't begin to match, everything in the room looked overly worn and 2nd hand thrift store. The doors on the cabinet TV stand/Microwave didn't even close properly instead hung open with torn off veneer. No bath matt provided until day 3 so a wet and slippery floor in the bathroom with every shower, and proper shower curtain to handle a simple shower. Staff members would say requests to get towels and room supplies would be done, but not, I needed to keep calling as I had said it needed to be done so we could simply dress properly for a bothers funeral! A 50% refund is in order!!!

Comfortable bed, a gazillion t.v. channels to choose from, clean

Being close to I-70, there was some background road noise in our room which faced that direction.

They ripped me off. Stole my money.

I didn’t like how old my room looked the tub had pealing paint and my room looked like someone had killed a bug but failed to clean the wall afterwards no I didn’t see any living bugs so that was a plus but I just prefer a cleaner room but the price was good for a quick getaway for the holiday

Rooms are large, plenty of space for luggage, etc.

Due to the age of the property, some things, like the carpeting in the halls and stairs, need to be replaced, or thoroughly cleaned.
