When we travel we usually go for the more budget friendly options and spend more on food and experiences. This time we decided to splurge a bit on our accommodation for our honeymoon. I cannot say enough good things about Amarterra. It was our first time in Bali and I’d recommend this location to anyone. The entire place is stunning and well kept. The service was even better. Every staff member greeted us with a smile. I’d like to say a special thank you to Vera for helping set up all of our extra inclusions. Rita who welcomed us with a traditional Balinese blessing. Sastra who was our in room server for our romantic 3 course meal, he was so kind and made it even more special. Thank you as well to Gede who took us on a tour of Ubud, you were awesome and would love to come back just to talk and spend time with you!! It felt like we gained more than an experience here but lasting friendships. We added on the Amarterra Romance package and loved how flexible it was. We did the Ubud tour one day and then the 90 min massage and in villa dinner the next day. Would highly recommend it!! We also added on a floating breakfast and it was so fun, we were both amazed at how many options for all the dining there was. You would not go hungry.

The Hotel is really great, the welcome ceremony added a very special touch to the stay. The villa was superb, big room, quiet, and the staff were amazing, smiling, always a good word here and there to make sure the stay is perfect. The breakfast was very well serviced. The private beach easy to access, even by walk, with great drinks. The spa was so relaxing. Special thanks to Alvin with the luggages and transportation arrangement to the beach, the mall, and the airport.

Tout était MAGIQUE le personnel est au petit soin ! Ils pensent à tout les détails ils sont d’une gentillesse inégalable !! J’ai fait énormément d’hôtels de luxe 5 étoiles mais celui ci reste le meilleur de ma vie !! Merci pour tout !!!

Tout était parfait vraiment cet hôtel atteint la perfection la propreté le calme le lit le petit déjeuner est d’une variété extrême vous avez même le choix d’ajouter des plats et jus à la carte en illimité quand vous prenez le petit déjeuner. Le déjeuner et le dîner sont exquis !!! Le cadre est juste incroyable une carte postale .. c’est extrêmement sécurisé !!

One of the most magical places I’ve ever stayed in. Will come back again in a heartbeat. The private pool, the villa, everything was so tastefully and beautifully done. Had a wonderful stay here and was sad to leave so soon!

Our villa was quite inside the property so there was alot of traffic noise early morning, which would start around 7am. Also the staff quarters right next to the private pool didn’t seem all that private.

Not enough beds at private beach, food was average, sometimes hot, sometimes not.

By far the most outstanding property we stayed at in Bali. Stunning, tranquil, and luxurious! The service was superb. The staff attentive to all your needs. Clean room that invites you to stay with all the amenities you could need! Dining and room service were both exceptional. Spa treatment booked with ease and we left feeling 10 years younger!
