Let us see the plus points first: 1) Excellent location 2) Lots of parking space, well marked 3) Good looking exterior and lobby 4) Good wifi in the room Now for the negatives: 1) Terrible maintenance of the rooms - probably done at the cost of maintaining a good main lobby 2) Unclean hotel - to be fair, there was some Civil work going on when I stayed 3) The complementary breakfast was too staid, and unwelcoming 4) Room service was insipid and poor 5) When the made the rooms, invariably forgot to replace something - and it was a pain to ask for it to be replaced....... 6) Its a wanna-be family hotel, but I would say at best it is a decent 3 star businees hotel.

Nice location. Rooms are a little jaded. But good overall experience. Will be happy to go back if required.

Always help with a smile. Very very polite n respectful.

Management staff was less than desirable. Actually, they were rude. Support staff was pleasant. Many decent to good hotels near priced similarly but with much better conditions. Rooms felt dirty. Walls seemed affected by water damage
