"A Beautiful Stay in the Gateway to Unforgettable Northern Japan"

By far the most impressive aspect of the Westin Sendai was the staff, all of them, at every moment throughout our stay. Their attentiveness, helpfulness, warmth, and accommodation made our time in Sendai unforgettable.

We have no serious complaints about the staff, property, food, or rooms. All was excellent. Though this was a leisure trip, both of us had short periods of business which we needed to do. A small business center, or small rooms where we could have taken meetings, would have been quite excellent.
