都很好，但離車站有點距離，大約8-10分鐘路程。拖個行李會再多5-10分鐘。因為他們路面沒有很好推行李。飯店整體水準很棒，無論是需要任何協助都會盡力盡美。早餐好吃，景色優美。房間寬敞度很足，也很安靜，不吵。隔音很好。這次剛好遇到地震，但沒有台灣的搖晃感，反而很穩。衛浴設備也很棒，尤其是放浴缸水的水龍頭速度超快～太棒了！下次來還會住這裡

深夜の疲れ切った到着でしたが、丁寧に対応頂き、また翌朝のルームサービスの締め切り時間が過ぎていましたが、快く対応頂けました。部屋もウェスティン独自のラグジュアリー感と清潔感。アメニティ類もセンスが光っています。普段は絶対に使わないバスローブを思わず羽織ってしまいました。また利用します！

The location and view from the room was amazing. All experiences with the staff were great.

The ceiling was rather dirty and a bit off-putting. I think they are the only hotel in Japan that doesn't put toothpaste and all amenities in the room. It was weirdness in the name of some sort of penny pinching.
