Schitterend verblijf, lieve medewerkers en beheerders en uitstekend ontbijt. Na twee en een h af live week rondtrekken door Zuid Italië zijn we helemaal tot rust gekomen bij Antonio en zijn familie. Het is een paradijsje en vooral de ruimte waar wordt ontbijten is een droom, heerlijk gewoon, net als het eten dat wordt aangeboden. En alles komt bij lokale vrienden van Antonio vandaan.

The owners, Antonio and Denise are fabulous hosts . They go out of their way to give you the best time in their hotel. Nothing is too much trouble and they are so helpful. It’s in a beautiful setting overlooking the sea and the food is amazing . It is very close to the station making it very easy to explore the towns along the Amalfi Coast .

the location of the hotel was perfect, the view was great and breakfast and dinner was very good. Antonio and his team was always there to help and chat.

The reviews praising this hotel to the skies are all true! Its location is great, nestled in the hillside with stunning views overlooking Vico Equense and across the bay of Naples, and the atmosphere created by the wonderful hosts, Antonio and Denise, is a huge part of its charm. Everything is made easy, and all of the staff are very helpful and friendly. We arrived by train and were given a number to call on arrival so that we could be collected by car and taken up the narrow road to the hotel (and during our stay we could always ask for a car to take us down the hill or call the number Antonio gave us for a lift from the bottom). It was a great base for exploring the area as we could easily walk to the station in Vico Equense and catch the train to visit Pompeii, Herculaneum and Sorrento (but watch out if you want to catch the Campania Express as you can only buy tickets online, not at the station). The breakfast was amazing with a wide selection of delicious produce (cheeses, ham, fruit, salad) and superb homemade flans/quiches, delicacies and cakes, and we enjoyed eating in the hotel in the evening too as there was a different choice of a few dishes on a blackboard each day which were beautifully cooked, so that although it was easy to go into Vico Equense in the evening, it was nice to have the option of eating at the hotel too. There was plenty of space to sit out on the terrace and take in the spectacular views with a drink, and the pool looked very inviting although we didn't try it out in October. To cover all the bases I should add that our room was comfortable (lovely bed), peaceful, clean and well-equipped. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and we would return in a heartbeat.

Gorgeous property tucked away on the hills of Vico. So serene with lovely gardens, terraces, beautiful foliage, and fruit trees everywhere!
