The bedroom has a good view of the mountain, breakfast was good, great location to shops and restaurants. The hotel concierge was excellent including Mr. Zhu in the tour ticketing office where you buy the tickets to the park etc. which was extremely convenient.

the room was spacious enough. Beds size good. Allowed late check out on day of departure. Concierge was quite helpful when asked about directions. Choice of pillow was available when asked

Hot water temp cannot be controlled No air-con. Too warm to sleep at night. Carpet cleaniness questionable Assigned to a smoking room/ floor without asking. Didn't realise there were smoking and non-smoking floors when booking was made. Balcony windows cannot be opened due to insects.

الفندق قريب من المنتزه الوطني اللي قيه جبال وبحيرات انصح فيه وبشدة الخدمة جميلة ويوجد خدمة للفعاليات السياحية كما انصح باخذ مرشد سياحي لأنك ما راح تغطي الاماكن الحلوة لوحدك وراح يفوتك الكثير طبعا الفندق يوجد فيه دليل سياحي لكل الفعاليات والمواقع الحلوة ويوجد معطعم غربي مقابل الفندق
