We were informed that breakfast can be included with a discount rate from Front desk. they didnt provide discount. Also they didnt add in the hotel bill. So we have to pay cash everyday. The coordination is very poor with Front desk and restuarent.

Very bad experience with the front desk. We requested to exchange USD, and the staff offered only 600 RMB instead of 700 RMB — charging 100 RMB as commission. Our booking was until 19th October, and we requested to extend the stay. However, the lady and the man at the front desk asked us to add them on WeChat to discuss the rates, saying they were too busy to handle it at the counter. This seemed very strange, so we decided not to renew the room there, even though we needed it until 26th October.
