Non ha un ingresso al mare sicuro, la zona è scivolosa e non bene attrezzata. Zona piscina da rimodernare Personale non sempre gentile.

"Hotel perfecto pero con fallos de electricidad y pocas soluciones por parte del personal"

La habitación era preciosa con unas vistas increíbles. Las piscinas impresionantes y el desayuno muy bueno.

El hotel tiene muchas cuestas y para llegar a la habitación i bajar al desayuno si no dispones de moto se hace complicado , ya que las cuestas son muy empinadas . Por otro lado tienen problemas de electricidad y toda la semana que estuvimos hospedados estuvimos experimentando problemas . Se iba la luz y volvía muchísimas veces. Durante el día y la noche cosa que dificultaba bastante el hecho de permanecer en la habitación del hotel si tenías intención de disfrutar del hotel o simplemente descansar. El personal era bastante simpático pero en recepción tampoco era para tirar cohetes . En el desayuno hubo un chico que nos trató bastante mal por rellenar agua del agua que servían ( desconocíamos que no se podía hacer ) . Vino con tono vacilante a avisarnos que la próxima vez nos echaba 😅. En fin las instalaciones y ubicación del hotel son perfectas , pero el personal y los problemas que experimentan con la electricidad deja mucho que desear.

"Photos are deceiving!"

View of Koh Nangyuan is beautiful from room and all the swimming pools. Snorkeling from hotel jetty was very good. Spacious rooms with massive king bed. Private and quick transport at a fee to island was nice. Pools are beautiful and visas from pools amazing!

Rooms are extremely outdated and old looking. Bathroom really dissapointing!!!! Photos don't accurately represent the resort. Resort and gardens not well maintained and dirty. Restaurant lunch and supper extremely expensive and breakfast in plastic plates was really not great. I would not for this price suggest this hotel! It needs a revamp, but has so much potential!

Au début nous avions réservé une suite avec piscine privée, très rapidement nous avons remarqué des soucis assez important dans la chambre, il était donc hors de question de rester dans celle-ci surtout à ce prix. Nous étions stressées à l’idée que le personnel ne veulent rien savoir et finalement le temps de trouver une solution on a été loge directement dans une autre chambre et le lendemain la manager a pris le problème directement en mains et a fait en sorte de nous loger dans une chambre qui en valait vraiment la peine. Ils ont même voulu nous offrir des activités ainsi que les taxis en compensation. Cela fait plaisir d’être écouté et c’est grâce à ce genre d’actions que nous avons envie de revenir. La vue est magnifique, le personnel a l’écoute et très sympathique. Nous reviendrons dans la villa privative ♥️

Il faut être conscient que les chambres sur le haut de la colline sont difficiles à atteindre si vous avez des soucis de santé. La pente est très raide.

Everything is good especially staff, they are friendly snd helpful.

The electrical system on and off in the day time in all 3 days that we stayed there, how to imagine if you are stuck at the island with summer - high temperature air condition is not working well.
