Our door entry key didn’t work we had to go and get repairs twice and then the tub wouldn’t drain therefore the repair man had to fix something that broke

I liked the facility and everything being very very clean and the AC worked very well.

I don’t like that I was charged almost $400 for the 2 nights and that didn’t include breakfast. When I did my search, I looked up continental breakfast and this came up but then the next morning they told me that we had to purchase an extra meal plan for $20 per person per day also in addition to that we had to pay an extra $15 per night just to have our car parked in the facility and that was also not mentioned when I was booking. Plus the TV in our room was not working. It is an updated TV and has connected streaming services but would not work at all and told me to unplug the device and restart the entire TV and I did not feel comfortable doing so.

De verdad a estado estado estupendo ,lo único que no me gusto fue que el primer día tomé el desayuno en el hotel, y la dependienta no me regresó el cambio,no me importa de darles propinas ,pero es que me fui con hambre,y tampoco estaba bueno, tuve incluso dolor de barriga. Pero lo demás fui todo super bien,luego empezé a ordenar mi desayuno por el app de comida.

You have to pay extra to park your vehicle in the lot after spending enough money already for the room. Pool was unavailable due to a birthday party and breakfast buffet was Continental for $10
