Hilton Garden Inn Milwaukee Airport

Everything about our room was great. Very clean, and with the exception of a couple of kids having running races down the hall in the morning, it was a very quiet night. It was quite amazing considering we were right by the airport. Staff were very courteous and friendly. As we were in town for an event and it was just an overnight stay, we didn't use any other amenities. That said, I would absolutely consider this property again for such a visit or if we had an early flight out of Milwaukee. The only thing that we felt could be better was to include parking in the room rate. The extra $10.00/night parking fee to self park in the lot in front of the hotel makes you feel like you're being "nickled & dimed". We've never stayed in this type of property and had to pay extra for parking.

Close to the airport. Shuttle was great. Room was quiet.

Becky checked us in and was so kind. She made sure we had what we needed. The only down side is the bartender was not so nice and it closed at midnight. Breakfast was sooo good! $10 you got 2 eggs, meat, potatoes,, juice, and bread. Great wait staff. Nice pool. Sitting areas outside were a nice touch also!

Location was fairly easy to find and easy drive to downtown. Pool and workout area were nice. Restaurant food was good. Service was quick. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful.

Our room was extremely humid and we tried to turn the thermostat down but it took all night to start to work. Taking a shower would quickly make the room uncomfortable again. Towels wouldn’t dry, bathroom floor was wet from it being so humid. Waitress at the restaurant seemed bothered that she had to seat us. We waited several minutes for someone to seat us and ended up asking the front desk if we could seat ourselves.

Staff was especially friendly and helpful. Very comfortable room.

The stay overall was fine. Bed and pillows comfortable as you would expect from a Hilton. Rooms get made up only every other day, which we weren’t told upon checking and we ran out of towels. So be aware. My biggest issue with this hotel was the coffee. This might sound ridiculous, but I expect the restaurant to have good coffee, esp. in an airport hotel with tired travelers. The coffee (in room, in lobby and at the restaurant) was so extremely bad, I had to spit it back into my cup and I’ve never done that in my life. It was completely undrinkable. If you need coffee in your day, I’d stay away from this property.

Overall my stay was nice. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. However I don't think they clean near the underside of the bed as I found business cards on the floor. My companion and I were given the breakfast package and our parking fee was waived since the room type I reserved was under maintenance. The breakfast was good, but it offered less than what the Hampton Inn offers. No pancakes or French toast. Food was not getting replenished when it ran out. Instead we had to wait for a waitress to bring us out a "side" of whatever it was that we wanted more of. The bacon we had to ask for. It was cooked, but it was sitting behind the counter and we had to ask for it. We also couldn't take the amount that we wanted as it was pre plated. The whole breakfast experience was just weird.

Free parking

Overpriced for the location and amenities. Despite the high cost, they nickel and dime you. For example, hotel charges for wifi unless you sign up for the Hilton rewards program.
