The pillows are hard

The rooms were very clean.

Very easy to find. Great access to a Walmart right next-door and places to eat room stayed cool and was clean. I felt safe there because I was by myself.

Nothing noted.

Katie at the front desk was very helpful and very accommodating. She brought us a fridge and a microwave in our room. It was unexpected and a very pleasant surprise and wonderful service.

Front desk was amazing in helping us get checked in early so we could make it to our tournament. Very friendly!

This did not seem like a Hampton Inn quality hotel. We stay at Hampton Inn regularly, in many different cities and between staff training and communication as well as hotel cleanliness and upkeep, this did not fit the Hampton Inn mold. We will not be staying at this location again.

Excellent customer service

Rooms were clean , breakfast was good. The young lady taking care of the breakfast was very kind and efficient. The front desk ladies were wonderful!

This property probably hasn't been updated (room wise anyhow) since it was built. The bed was like a brick with a foam topper. I've slept in way less costly hotels with much more comfortable beds. And the indoor pool? Only good in the winter. It was so hot we opened the outside door (it was cooler outside).
