Our reservation made in October 2017 was not taken. Over booking and the hotel said the hotels.com did not confirm it. We were kicked out upon arrival driving from another state and busy Labor day weekend. Disgusting!!!! Hotel said they could not find my reservation. But later the receptionist found my booking made in Oct 2017. I also showed iPod to show the reservation and confirmation email. The hotels.com must.remove this hotel. No more!!!
Horrible cigarette smell, rusty pipes, shower temperature was extremely hot or cold, stained comforter and noisy neighbors.
Very clean , great staff but beds are a little too hard.
The room had a strange cleaning product odor to it that didn't go away and the floors felt like they had a layer of soap film on it. The mattress was uncomfortable as well.
Will never stay or recommend this dump.

Was looking for a nice place to spend the night after my day in Newport, RI. Wasn't looking for super nice with amenities, but I've stayed in Motel 6 & Super 8 that was better than this! Room had smell of stale cigarettes, only had wash cloth & small bath towel, no hand towels, and the bathroom floor felt greasy so I was sure to keep shoes on at all times! Room curtains were not room darkening so morning came early!
