Royal Inn and Suites

Nothing, very poor ficilities and the photos on Booking.Com are nothing like the actual hotel. The property maybe once looke like this but not recently.

After a disasterous start with the room having no air conditioning and much tooing and frowing to the reception we were on the verge of leaving when they agreed to move us to another room, at least the AC worked. The reception was a small boxed off room with plastic screens and a large sign that stated NO REFUNDS that should have alered me to problems but it didn't. Booking.com need to take a look at this place and decide if they want it on their list. We will never be back.

Nothing. I found pubic hairs in your blankets and a blood stain. Your toilets were clogged, and there was urine all over the floor when I got there. They also ripped me off- I booked for one night on Booking.com for 96 dollars, but charged me 142.00 dollars plus 100 in deposit. I recommend Quality Inn in Hemet off Florida Ave.

Didn’t like anything about our stay ! The only nice thing was the lady working the front desk super helpful… Found drugs in our room all over the bed

Very poor sanitation and maintenance of rooms. House cleaning is very horrible ! Should be a health hazard

the place was quiet despite the location...front desk was attentive

older motel..room needs to be refurbished, bed replaced was very noisy and not too comfy...would have been nice to have an ice machine.
