Nothing rude staff dirty room

There was rude staff. I told him that the shower was backed up. Did nothing to help me? I told him that the t. V wasn't work and and that there was a cockroach several actually on the floor and they did nothing to accommodate me when I said something about it. She blamed me for the shower being backed up which I never used. And she was just rude nasty, and I wouldn't recommend her to anyone

nothing

when arriving at the motel it looked abandoned, it was very dark, no lighting, not 1 car in the parking the main door was double locked. the rooms appeared very small. it did not appear to be in a safe area..
