Royal Inn Linden

I have stayed at this Motel several times over the last few years. It is always very clean, comfortable, price is reasonable, owners always very polite. Sometimes my dog is with me; this was the 1st time I was charged to have the dog but it was only $10 so guess that's all right. I'm sure I will be back again.

Small,family run motel. Good value. The management does.not put up with any noise or illegal activies. Safe, quiet and great for overnight and a peaceful sleep. One tip...bring your own pillow

stayed one night in Linden Tx. Royal Inn. Only hotel in the small town. It is a dated Motel, but surprised me. Got into the room and first this I noticed that it did not have that dated or smoke smell. Furniture looked like it was from the 70s, but none of it was broken or worn out. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. It was a total of 70 dollars and well worth the cost.

thin blanket and a good ac, got chilly at night. coffee pot would have been nice, but not expected at a budget motel

Had funeral in Hughes springs, so stayed at the Royal Inn in Linden. 60 dollar motel, so I did not expect much. Arrived and the staff were friendly, rooms were clean and did not have the old motel or smoke smell in it. Bed was comfy, but could use a little heavier blanket. TV was direct tv so plenty to watch. Some reviews complained about location, coffee maker ect, but you are not getting Dom for a MD 2020 pricing.

Could not sleep well, AC took a while to cool down room. Middle of the night I keep getting knocks on my door so I look and it’s a guy and a girl that is clearly not sober asking me for money.

Nothing

The towels were dirty, the bedding was dirty, the furniture was filthy and it smelled. People were knocking on our door & window at all hours of the night sound like someone was coming through the wall

I didn't like nothing

There's no phones in the rooms the Wi-Fi sucks there's no amenities and the staff was very rude

It was convenient

They double charged me and have not refunded the second charge and did not return my call
