The staff was extremely helpful and very nice.

There were some rowdy people in the room next to but it was handled quickly and quietly.

It’s cheap. The bed is comfy. The pillows were better quality than I expected. The shower was hot.

The room smelled like cigarettes. It was a little dirty.

When I arrived I had to wait for a couple to finish arguing about where their "smokes" were in the back room before anyone other than their dog came out to the front desk. They went through the check in process for the room a booked ahead of time which was a double queen with kitchenette. It wasn't until after they took my money that they informed me they gave that room to someone else and could put my family in a smaller room with no kitchenette and they would not adjust the price, even though there is a noticeable price gap between the 2 when booking online. They showed me the room and it smelled of smoke and everything just had that dingy poorly maintained and saturated in nicotine look. The only positive thing was that they didn't give me a hard time about me wanting my money back and I was able to book at a different place that was clean and friendly.
