Clean, secure, underground parking, tons of space, two beds in two bedrooms.

The person in the room above us was a heavy walker and quite loud a bit later than we would have liked.

The booking ended up being a clerical error. Tried to speak to the property, they would do nothing and still charged a damage deposit even though there was no occupancy. Booked a second night and paid an additional security deposit. Yes, I understand that it is a "hold" , but to have it done twice in a 24 hour period is tough to fathom. 600$ for damage deposits

Arriving at hotel n front door was a bit hard to access when arriving, but concierge was very helpful regardless

I loved location, friendly staff, cleanliness, and comfort

The beds need upgrades, an so does the pillows as they are lumpy and hard

I love the location. Walking distance to Cora’s, Mike’s and Original Joe’s. Save-On foods also next door. I also like the underground heated parking.
