I reserved the room with the hot tub and the hot tub did not work at all. When I went in the room there was no remotes for neither TV & I had to walk back to the front desk to get a remote and was only supplied with one remote and it was 2 televisions in the room. I wasn’t offered any type of solution only that the manager would call me Monday morning. I eventually had to call myself & was told they would get back to me with a solution. I prepared a day for my fiancé & I to get away since we both work 2 jobs and it’s very few times that we are off on the same day. When I made plans for us I had no idea it would be this bad. I’m highly upset because I paid for a service that I didn’t receive.

The free WiFi, that's it.

The property, needs a hell of a update not worth the dangers and money I spent to get away for a relaxing time. I slept in a Full size bed 2 people mind you, when it was supposed to have been a Queen size bed. The jacuzzi had a rusty screw sticking out of it tube stop working after 2 uses terrible stay.
