I like the area and the privacy. You needed keys to get on the floor I was on. The fact it had a kitchen and it was very clean

For what I paid I should have gotten a much nicer room. The beds were old and uncomfortable, I paid for a king size bed and only got 2 regular beds, the tvs were small and outdated, and there was no ac in the actual bedroom.

I like that it was in a convenient area.

The room did not feel clean and the towels and rags didn’t feel clean either. The couch was dirty or looked dirty didn’t even bothered to sit on it. The bed was stained and they had some type of thing covering the stains. There was two flat sheets on the bed instead of a fitted and flat sheet.

The couch was so filthy that you could see all the stains. Their was a lot of mold and rust on the appliances. The doors were dirty, you could easily see it. The sheets were clean. There's two tv's, one remote. You would think it would be a bigger bed for the size of the room. The bed was a full size. Oh, the towels and washclothes were so dingy looking, I went to walmart to purchase some for me and my daughter to use.I was not comfortable at all, but I already booked so I had to stay. Never again! It's not my style of convenience. That place needs to be for homeless families in a shelter. Not open for regular business. I would never recommend this place!

The water is very dehydrating. It takes away any oils or moisture you have where ever you put it. The towels are stains with brown markings. The heat outlet was burned out and it was hot as ever. They didn’t switch our rooms cause the front desk lady “didn’t know how to”. We were not accommodated for our stay. I will not be coming back here

Nothing. It was old and smelled bad.

We disliked everything.
