I had biscuits and gravy, as I did not care for red velvet/other flavored waffles. The staff were above and beyond helpful, as the tv would not come on like it should have. Also helpful in trying to find my misplaced car keys! (They ended up in a torn lining in one of our packs) but were eventually found that night. Wish we had brought swimsuits, but just sitting in the pool area was very relaxing.

Wish the waffles were just the plain batter, but no big deal. I had requested handicap accessibility, as grab bars by the stool and in the tub were not available and the stool was low. At 80, it is hard to get up and down without effort. Beds were comfortable and room location very convenient.

Bed was comfortable

Stains on the carpet, stains on the walls, the one chair which was a computer desk chair was completely torn apart, black mold on the bathroom floor, the tv audio kept going out. WORST room I've EVER stayed in. Room 221. I want a refund. I have pics that I'm sending to Corporate.

Breakfast was good. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The faux leather on one arm of the sofa was worn off. The faux leather on both arms of the business chair was worn off. It didn’t seem to match the overall quality of the rest of the hotel.

Beds were not comfortable, breakfast was not good, shower shot out water so hard and rooms were dirty still

My tub was pretty dirty, had stains on it.

Very quiet stay.
