Fast check-in, nice staff, quiet property

You definitely get what you pay for! -Elevator out of order -Floors missing chunks & paint -Boarded up windows -Structure of building itself not taken care of (railing missing from multiple spots around stairs) -Smelly open trash cans at every corner -Dust on floors and in drawers where our clothes would have gone -No bath towels, hand towels, or bath mat provided -Light & fan switches in bathroom not functioning properly -Furniture needs to be replaced (scatches, missing paint, missing pieces) -Housekeeping never came in the 3 days we stayed Staff was friendly and place was cheap though! Great area and convenient walking to many places.

Incredibly disappointed. Waited 15min for staff at check in to the point we had to go find someone who worked there. Zero hospitality. Room had one pillow, dirty bathroom, dirty mirrors, computer chairs???, and holes in the blankets. Immediately left and booked a new room

This place is a flea bag. Elevator was broken. I had to literally throw my shoulder into the door to force my way into room 411. Then I couldn't get the door to close. If I managed to get it closed, I would not be able to get back out without help. For a non smoking room, it had a large cigarette burn on the nasty bed spread which was actually a cheap blanket. The toilet was a sorry sight with hat looked like a cheap ebay ring added to a throne. I also booked 409 next door for my son who was going to meet up later. The counter was filthy (see pic). There was what amounted to a railroad spike sticking out of the end of the bed to bang your shins on in the middle fo the night.

The bed was comfortable.

No towels and hardly any toilet paper in the room at check in. I was put on the fourth floor and the elevator didn’t work! I kept on asking for more towels and they were all out being dryer. Someone was drilling something before 9 in the morning which woke me up. It was an old hotel. No one ever in the office. Had to ring a bell and wait for someone

It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life. I didn’t feel safe. I was dirty, smelled, everything was broken. It was horrible. I left in the middle of the night I couldn’t even make it till morning. Waste of my money. I can’t believe I got this room on Expedia!

Nothing unique. The place is a dump. Dirty and torn towels!!! Dirty walkways and parking garage. This place should not be open at all.
