"Cafards dans les housses"

La gentillesse de la dame à l'accueil en arrivant. Deux chambres ont été réservées dont une qui était très bien. Petit déjeuné très correct avec de bonnes viennoiseries.

L'autre chambre avait des cafards dans les lits et dans les housses, et des mouches dans la salle de bain. La dame de l'accueil a eu la gentillesse de retirer le cafard sous le matelas. Malheureusement j'ai quand même eu une nuit avec le sommeil léger, alors que j'enchaînais le lendemain plus de 10h de conduite. Le but de ce stop à Pithiviers était pour bien se reposer justement.. J'ai décidé de ne pas changer de chambre car en pleine canicule je voulais garder la chambre fraîche dans le rez de chaussée et dans tout les cas je craignais qu'il y en ai ailleurs. Le lendemain en en parlant au monsieur à l'accueil pour un éventuel dédommagement j'ai eu affaire à un ton un peu condescendant estimant que je suis quelqu'un de la ville et que donc je ne connais pas les bêtes dans les intérieurs. Je n'aurais pas écris cet avis si j'avais eu un échange plus empathique et avec dédommagement. Des cafards dans les housses je considère que c'est le comble pour un hôtel !! Pour la moitié du prix des Airbnb et autre hôtel sont dans les environs.

La gentillesse du personnel et l'amplitude d'ouverture aussi bien à l'arrivée qu'au départ Nous avons beaucoup apprécié de prendre le petit-déjeuner à l'extérieur et à l'ombre après une nuit très chaude Merci pour l'accueil

L'absence de climatisation, un jour de canicule Le petit déjeuner est un peu succinct vu le prix
